ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

April 25, 2016

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 25^th day of April 2016 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

                                                                                         

OPENING BUSINESS:

Chairman Rush called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Agenda.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Oller moved to approve the Minutes of April 18, 2016.  Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

No one was present for the Public Forum.

 

Appointments:

Ronald Etchison presented the Holyrood Senior Center budget request for 2017.  The request of $11,500.00 is an increase of $1,992.

 

Rod Rees, EMS Director, brought in the EMS budget quarterly report and write-offs of $10,870.86.  At the request of Mr. Rees, Commissioner Kueser moved to go into executive session to discuss non-elected personnel from 9:22 a.m. to 9:32 a.m.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Commissioners returned to open session at 9:32 a.m. with no action taken.

 

Rick Nondorf, Road & Bridge Supervisor, asked the Commissioners to sign Master Agreement to exchange money with the state.

 

Keith Haberer, Emergency Management Director, gave his quarterly update.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

Commissioner Oller moved to approve Resolution 2016-R-06 in regards to commercial trucks and commercial vehicles to use black top roadways in Ellsworth County.  Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

Chairman Rush adjourned the meeting at 11:30 a.m.
