ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING
MINUTES
April 18, 2016
The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 18th day of April 2016 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse.
Members Present:
Albert W. Oller, 1st District Commissioner
Kermit Rush, 2nd District Commissioner
Terry L. Kueser, 3rd District Commissioner
OPENING BUSINESS:
Chairman Rush called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the amended Agenda. Commissioner Oller seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Oller moved to approve the Minutes of April 11, 2016. Commissioner Rush seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Rev. Billy Kryger was in attendance but did not wish to address the Commissioners.
Appointments:
Rick Nondorf, Road & Bridge Supervisor, presented a bid of $4,278.00 for a new copy machine from Key Office. Commissioners told him if he had the money in his budget, he could order the copy machine.
Carl Miller, Appraiser, informed the Commissioners that on June 2nd the hearing for Moly Manufacturing will be held. The hearing is whether Moly Manufacturing will be taxed for the building they built on State property, or if the property will be tax exempt. Personally, Mr. Miller informed the Commissioners that he was having a 9/11 appreciation dinner for Emergency Responders, September 10, 2016.
NEW BUSINESS:
Commissioner Oller moved to approve Abatement 2015 #292-PRSC in the amount of $6,676.94. Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Rush adjourned the meeting at 10:45 a.m.
