ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

November 23, 2015

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 23^rd day of November 2015 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

                                                                       

OPENING BUSINESS:

Chairman Oller called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Agenda.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 2-0.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Minutes of November 16, 2015.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 2-0.

 

No one was present for the open forum.

 

Appointments:

Richard Nondorf, Road & Bridge Supervisor, Jon Halbgewachs and Brett Wilkinson, Kirkham Michael, were present to open the 2 bids for FAS 510 Bridge Replacement Project No. 1412816.  Reese Construction submitted a bid for $129,882 and L & M submitted a bid for $119,730.  Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the bid from L & M in the amount of $119,730.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 2-0.

 

Keli Habiger and Rodger Schneider, Post Rock Rural Water, attended the petition for Rural Water District No. 1.  Commissioner Kueser made a motion to approve the attachment of lands to Rural Water District No. 1, Ellsworth County, all of which is within Ellis County.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 2-0.

 

ADJOURNMENT:
