ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING
MINUTES
November 2, 2015
The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 2nd day of November 2015 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse.
Members Present:
Albert W. Oller, 1st District Commissioner
Kermit Rush, 2nd District Commissioner
Terry L. Kueser, 3rd District Commissioner
OPENING BUSINESS:
Chairman Oller called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Agenda with corrections. Commissioner Rush seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Rush moved to approve the Minutes of October 26, 2015. Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Kueser moved to approve October's Accounts Payable in the amount of $261,342.22 plus prewritten warrants in the amount of $28,854.22 for a total of $290,196.44. Commissioner Rush seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Rush moved to approve October's Payroll in the amount of $203,587.12. Commissioner Oller seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Kueser moved to approve State Utility abatements 368-382, 384-411, 413-422, 424-428, 430-433, 435-447, and 450-461, for a total of $16,199.64.
Commissioner decided not to impose burn ban.
No one was present for the Open Forum.
Commissioners received a Petition requesting attachment of land to RWD (rural water district) No. 1, Ellsworth County, Kansas. The Commissioners set up a hearing on November 23rd, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Oller adjourned the meeting at 10:30 a.m.
