ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

APRIL 20, 2015

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 20^th day of April 2015 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

                                                                       

OPENING BUSINESS:

 

Chairman Oller called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

 

Commissioner Oller moved to approve the Agenda with an addition.  Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Rush moved to approve the Minutes of April 13, 2015.  Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Rev. Billy Kryger was in attendance, but did not wish to address the Commissioners.

 

APPOINTMENTS:

 

Jeff Bender and Ryan Standley, Foley Equipment Company, visited with the Commissioners about their new equipment that has the feature of guaranteed fuel burn.  Also, they now have a rebuild program that can extend the life of your equipment.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Commissioner Rush moved to approve Abatements 348-350 and 353 in the amount of $46,545.78 and Adds 354 & 355 for $2,797.04.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

Chairman Oller adjourned the meeting at 10:50 a.m.
