ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

JUNE 2, 2014

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 2^nd day of June 2014 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

                                                                       

OPENING BUSINESS:

 

Chairman Kueser called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

 

Commissioner Rush moved to approve the Agenda.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Oller moved to approve the Minutes of May 27, 2014.  Commissioner Rush seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

APPOINTMENTS:

 

Rick Nondorf, Road & Bridge Supervisor, reported they were almost finished with the overlaying.  He also discussed the availability of road material and where he would be storing it.  The work on Highway 14 has begun and he is checking to see what kind of traffic has been diverted to county roads.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Commissioner Oller moved to approve the May payroll in the amount of $197,130.59.  Commissioner Rush seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Rush moved to approve the May accounts payable in the amount of $227,555.22 and prewritten warrants for $45,299.38 for a total of $272,854.60.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

Chairman Kueser adjourned the meeting at 10:50 a.m.
