ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

SEPTEMBER 3, 2013

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 3^rd day of September at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

                                                                                               

OPENING BUSINESS:

 

Chairman Rush called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Agenda as printed.   Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Minutes of August 26, 2013.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

No one was present for the Public Forum.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the August payroll in the amount of $192,717.56.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the August accounts payable for $149,778.68 and pre-written warrants for $161,033.29 for a total amount of $311,711.97.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve Resolution 07R07, A Proclamation Declaring A State of Local Disaster Emergency for Ellsworth County.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.  This proclamation was requested by the Emergency Management Director to facilitate FEMA funding to flow to Langley and Empire Township to repair roads washed out in one of the rain storms.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve Payment Request #1 from Doubrava Woodworking in the amount $8,351.52 for the window project.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.
