ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

AUGUST 12, 2013

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 12^th day of August at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

                                                                                               

OPENING BUSINESS:

 

Chairman Rush called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve the Agenda with a correction.   Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

Commissioner Rush moved to approve the Minutes of August 5, 2013.  Commissioner Kueser seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

No one was present for the Public Forum.

 

APPOINTMENTS:

 

Annette McNaul, TMHC, was in the area and stopped by to see if our newly implemented drug testing program was going well.  She gave some helpful hints for the administration of the program.

 

Rick Nondorf, Road & Bridge Supervisor, visited with the Commissioners about the visit from Mr. Wacker last week and the purchase of materials from his company.  Mr. Nondorf stated that it would be nice if Mr. Wacker would visit with him personally.  As of now, his sand is priced over what he can purchase it elsewhere.  He will contact Mr. Wacker.

 

OLD BUSINESS:

 

Upon the request of Larry Langerman, Wilson Fire Department and Bob Kepka, Ellsworth Fire Department, the burn permit resolution was tabled.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

There were no new business items.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

Chairman Rush adjourned the meeting at 11:30 a.m.
