ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

June 5, 2012

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 5^th day of June 2012 in a Special Meeting at the Ellsworth County Courthouse. 

 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

 

Chairman Oller called the Special Meeting to order and the Commissioners signed the Waiver of Notice calling the special meeting to invoke a burn ban for Ellsworth County.

 

Commissioner Kueser moved to approve Resolution 2012R10, A State Of Disaster Emergency Proclamation Establishing a Burn Ban for Ellsworth County, Kansas Effective June 5, 2012.  Commissioner Oller seconded the motion.  Motion carried 3-0.

 

With no other business to come before the Board of County Commissioners, Chairman Oller adjourned the meeting at 11:15 a.m.
