ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING

                                                                                 

MINUTES

 

June 21, 2012

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened in recessed session this 21^st day of June 2012 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse for the purpose of a salary work session. 

 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

 

 

 

                                                                                                           

Chairman Oller called the meeting to order.  Rick Nondorf, Road & Bridge Supervisor brought in some information on salaries for consideration. The County Clerk was asked to send an email to all department heads asking that they compile a list of their employees, including themselves, and affix a salary that they feel is compensable with the job and one that is competitive in the market place.  Also, they would like to have in dollars the impact on their salary line-item in the budget.  They will set the afternoon of July 9^th to meet individually with each department head to discuss their information.

 

Chairman Oller adjourned the meeting at 4:00 p.m.
