ELLSWORTH COUNTY COMMISSIONER MEETING

 

MINUTES

 

AUGUST 6, 2010

 

The Board of Ellsworth County Commissioners convened this 6^th day of August 2010 at the Ellsworth County Courthouse to canvass the results of the Primary Election held on August 3, 2010. 

 

                                                            Members Present:

                                                            Albert W. Oller, 1^st District Commissioner

                                                            Kermit Rush, 2^nd District Commissioner

                                                            Terry L. Kueser, 3^rd District Commissioner

 

Chairman Rush called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. and proceeded to canvass the results of the Primary Election.  Twelve Provisional Ballots were presented.  In adherence with the election guidelines, nine of the Provisional Ballots were counted making the final number of votes change to 1,286.  After the Provisional Ballots were counted, the totals for each race were adjusted accordingly.

 

Chairman Rush adjourned the canvass at 11:00 a.m.
